Wright State University has hired a high-profile Wright-Patterson Air Force Base commander to lead efforts to keep skilled vets in Dayton.
Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Cassie Barlow will start at Wright State on Sept. 2 as executive director of the Aerospace Professional Development Center.
