Wright State University is closing on its $150 million capital campaign goal, and now thinks it will have the full amount raised by this spring.
The university says it expects to have $121.9 million raised by the end of this month toward the goal for “Rise. Shine.” — the largest capital campaign in the school’s history. That number comes close to the $123 million the school raised in a 1999-2006 campaign.
“The alumni base is strong all over the country,” said Rebecca Cole, vice president for advancement at the school. “The response has been dramatic.”
