Tom Hanks will be busy in his visit to Dayton next month. Officials from Wright State University laid out the timeline for Hanks’ April 19 visit to the school, which will feature chances for the Oscar-winning actor to visit with students, dedicate a new school center in his name, visit Wright brothers collections and headline a major gala.
“He’s been a supporter of Wright State for so long, it’s really going to be meaningful to the students to have him here,” David R. Hopkins, president of Wright State, told me.
