Wright State faculty and staff looking to relax and de-stress didn’t need to leave campus to find relief.
On May 31, Wright State’s Human Resources hosted the first-ever Art of Relaxation.
The event offered free chair massages, Tai Chi, meditation, relaxation yoga, nature walks, canvas painting and relaxation workshops.
“When you find time to relax and be able to meditate on your own, it’s just a little time to bring health back into your life,” said Beth Gisewite, a Human Resources benefits analyst.
The relaxation event was funded by sponsorship; no university funds were used.
