Wright State University education majors had a chance to search for teaching jobs at the Education Expo on April 12 in the Student Union Atrium.
Twenty-six area school districts attended the expo, networking with Wright State students who will be eligible to work in the 2018-2019 school year. Districts offered candidates PreK-12 teaching, school nursing and school counseling positions.
“I’m looking for anybody that needs a dedicated teacher,” said Shane McKinniss, a graduate student who attended the expo.
The Wright State University Career Center and the College of Education and Human Services collaborated to offer the Education Expo.
