Wright State University honored more than 1,400 graduating students at its fall commencement ceremony Dec. 14 in the Wright State Nutter Center.
The fall class of 2019 included graduates with 925 bachelor’s degrees, 452 master’s degrees, 52 doctoral degrees and 16 associate degrees.
Graduating students ranged in age from 18 to 80. The class also included 132 international students from 20 different nations.
In her commencement address, President Cheryl B. Schrader told graduating students at the fall graduation ceremony that they are the next group of great innovators from Dayton.
“Today, you follow in the footsteps of all of the great innovators who have gone before you,” Schrader said. “And you join the ranks of more than 113,000 Wright State alumni who are making a difference throughout Raider Country, all over Ohio, across the nation and even around the globe.”
