Raider fans packed the Student Union to watch the Wright State men’s basketball team find out who they’ll play in the NCAA Championship during the live Selection Show on CBS.
The 16th-seeded Raiders will open the NCAA Tournament during the First Four when they take on Bryant on Wednesday night, March 16, at the University of Dayton Arena.
The winner will move on to face No. 1 Arizona on Friday, March 18, in San Diego in the South Regional.

Wright State earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament with a 72–71 comeback win over Northern Kentucky in the 2022 Horizon League Championship in Indiana Farmers Coliseum.
The Raiders enter the NCAA Tournament with a 21–13 record.
This will be the Raiders’ fourth trip to the NCAA tournament and their first since 2018. The Raiders also qualified for the tournament in 1993 and 2007.
The men’s basketball team has won either the Horizon League regular season or tournament in each of the last five seasons.
