Future students can discover the full Wright State experience at Raider Open House July 22

Future undergraduate students, including transfer students, who attend Wright State’s open house on July 22 will learn why it’s a great time to be a Raider.

Future undergraduate students and their families can get the full Wright State University experience, explore majors and programs, and tour the Dayton Campus during Raider Open House.

Raider Open House takes place on Friday, July 22, starting at 9 a.m. in the Student Union.

Registration is required at wright.edu/raideropenhouse.

Guests may register to begin their open house experience at 9, 10 or 11 a.m. View the open house agenda (PDF).

The deadline to RSVP is July 21.

Future undergraduate students, including transfer students, who attend Raider Open House will learn why it’s a great time to be a Raider.

Breakout sessions will provide information about Wright State’s 160 academic programs and Wright State’s five academic colleges and numerous departments.

Wright State admissions staff will provide details on the application process, paying for college, applying for financial aid and scholarships, and transferring credit.

Attendees can get more details about the Wright Tuition Guarantee Program, which locks in the same annual cost of tuition, housing and dining over a four-year college career for newly admitted, degree-seeking undergraduate students who are Ohio residents.

Students can also learn about residential housing, dining and campus life, and talk one-on-one with faculty, staff and students from Wright State’s academic and student service departments.

Future students can submit their application or official transcripts or admissions documents at the Application Workshop, which runs from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

During a one-hour tour with a student ambassador, guests can explore campus, tour Wright State’s spacious residence halls and see the best spots for studying, meeting with friends and grabbing a bite to eat.
