An outdoor April Craze event wasn’t in the cards this year, but that didn’t stop Wright State University students from enjoying one of the biggest campus events of the year.
Students surfed on inflatables, enjoyed food from several area food trucks, gathered information about clubs and campus organizations, and were wowed by magician Joseph Tran.
April Craze was organized by the University Activities Board, which decided on Wednesday to avoid the rainy weather and move the celebration indoors.
“Having that special but traditional things that happen every ear is something that students look forward to,” said Lexi Ricker, president of the University Activities Board.
This event marks the 11th anniversary of April Craze, which replaced the former end-of-the-quarter event May Daze in 2012.
