Wright State University has inked a deal with the National Composites Center in Kettering that will boost the school’s work in advanced materials as well as their use in aviation.
The two will launch a joint use agreement next week if funding is approved by the state controlling board.
Wright State is asking for $750,000 from Ohio, which it would give to the National Composites Center for improvements such as roof and dock repairs. In return, Wright State would use the center on a regular basis for teaching and research work.
