Wright State students, Greene County residents vote on campus

For just the second time in 50 years, Wright State University hosted an election polling location for Greene County Tuesday, Nov. 8.

“I think having it here is allowing a lot of access for students who are registered to vote with an on campus address,” said Katie Deedrick, director of student support services.

Greene County residents, including Wright State students, began casting their ballots in the Wright State University Nutter Center Berry Room at 6:30 a.m.

Wright State residential students registered to vote with their university address carpooled, took shuttles and even walked across campus to vote.
