The first of four move-in days at Wright State University starts Thursday, ahead of the school’s first day of classes next week.
“Operation Move-In” will be a phased approach, with students moving into resident halls and on-campus apartments over a four-day period, instead of the traditional two, according to the university. Over 1,260 new and returning students will move into WSU’s residence halls and apartments.
Students have scheduled a specific date and time when they will move their belongings into their housing, to avoid overcrowding inside the resident halls.
“Move-In will be different this year than it has been for the past 25 years as a result of accommodating safety considerations for COVID-19,” Dan Bertsos, WSU director of Residence Life and Housing said in a statement.
