Kathy Keister and Anne Russell, nursing and health, received the Innovations in Nursing award at the annual Ohio League for Nursing Education Summit in Dublin, Ohio.
Mary Lynd, nursing and health professor emeritus, was appointed by the National League for Nursing (NLN) to serve as the NLN ambassador to Wright State University. She also received the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing Distinguished Alumni Award for 2011. The annual award is given to a graduate who has demonstrated excellence in professional accomplishments and a commitment to nursing.
Patricia Martin, nursing and health, received the Lifetime Leadership in Nursing award from the Zeta Phi Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International at its induction ceremony in May 2011.
