The storms that spawned a tornado in Celina on April 19 caused a brief power outage at Wright State University’s Lake Campus, but resulted in no damage on campus or disruption of classes.
The tornado touched down on the northwest side of Grand Lake St. Marys and traveled northeast, tearing the roof off of an ALDI store and damaging a Menards outlet.
