The Wright-Dunbar Business District could have three major anchors on West Third Street sometime in 2013.
A partnership between Wright State University and Wright Dunbar Inc. , a property owner and advocate for the business district, has made positive strides toward an $11 million project that would renovate three historic buildings along the West Third Street corridor and create about 80 jobs.
