Part of a five-day tour around Ohio, the C-SPAN Campaign 2012 bus paid Wright State University a visit. Students, faculty and staff toured the bus and learned more about the presidential race and campaign issues.
Since its creation in 1993, the C-SPAN bus has traveled across the country to help the public learn about the political process and current and past presidential campaigns, and to encourage political participation.
Upon its arrival at Wright State, students excitedly gathered around the C-SPAN bus to get informed and to engage in political conversation. Inside the bus were interactive touch screen kiosks that quizzed and educated participants on politics and government.
Student reporter Reilly Dixon hit the scene to see the impact the bus’ presence had.
