Wright State students raised $46,590 for Dayton Children’s Hospital during Raiderthon, Wright State’s third annual dance marathon, on Nov. 21 in the Student Union Apollo Room.
Students stayed on their feet throughout the event, which ran from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m., dancing for patients at Dayton Children’s who are battling life-threatening illnesses.
Organizers said that more than 300 dancers were registered for the event. Over the last three years, Raiderthon had raised over $157,000 for Dayton Children’s.
