Pablo Luther is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of progressive experience in technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has always been fascinated by new and emerging technologies and actively seeks opportunities that have been on the leading edge of paradigm shifts in Silicon Valley. Luther has led companies from 50 to 150 people and grown them to over 3,000 employees.
He has led a successful IPO on the Nasdaq. Most recently, he was instrumental in leading the sale of Liquid Robotics to Boeing. He has been at the helm of several other start-ups and has served as a CFO, CEO and co-founder.
Currently, Luther is an active partner at Inspovation, an investment group focused on funding revolutionary technologies. He has also served as a board member of various start-ups.
With a passion for giving back to his community, Luther has dedicated his effort to furthering the cause of education. He was elected to the board of the Los Altos School District, where he served pro bono for four years, most recently as president of the board. Additionally, he helped set up an annual soccer camp that has positively influenced over 2,000 disadvantaged children since its inception.
Luther graduated summa cum laude with a dual MBA in marketing and finance from Wright State University and was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma and Alpha Mu Alpha honor societies. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mumbai in India, where he was the class valedictorian.
He came to Wright State from India in 1983 with the proverbial handful of dollars but full of excitement for his new life. He was a teaching assistant at Wright State, drove the Disability Services student transport bus and worked various odd jobs to sustain himself through college.
He is immensely appreciative of the staff, faculty and classmates for all the support he received in those formative years and believes his education and experiences at Wright State have had a positive influence on his trajectory.
Luther met his wife, Sherri, who is also a senior executive in Silicon Valley, at Wright State while they were both students. They have been married 37 years and have three grown children: twin sons and a daughter. He loves to travel, especially with family, and has recently learned how to make beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon wines in his Napa Valley vineyard.
