WYSO recently began airing “Radio Rounds,” a program produced and hosted by Wright State University students at the Boonshoft School of Medicine.
“Radio Rounds” was founded in 2009 with the aim of exploring different perspectives in medicine. Guests include physicians, patients, authors, students and healthcare leaders. Guests have included Pulitzer Prize winners Trady Kidder and Margaret Edson, acclaimed authors such as Samual Shem, Lisa Sanders, who works as a technical adviser on the television show House MD, physicians working for NASA, the NBA’s Miami Heat and the World Health Organization, among others.
