Jubilant cheers echoed through the Nutter Center on May 2 and 3 as more than 1,450 Wright State University students celebrated the culmination of their academic journeys during the university’s spring commencement ceremonies.
Graduates pumped their fists in triumph, waved excitedly to family members in the stands and proudly held their hard-earned diplomas above their heads. Each smiling face told a unique story of perseverance, dedication and achievement.
This spring, Wright State awarded 960 bachelor’s degrees, 479 master’s degrees, 10 doctoral degrees and 28 associate degrees.
In her commencement address, Wright State President Sue Edwards, Ph.D., challenged the class of 2025 to dream boldly and embrace their potential for greatness while acting with kindness and integrity.
