With President Sue Edwards’ Three Rs of recruitment, retention and relationships as their foundation, the awards recognize nominees’ contributions to programs and services that significantly support and impact student success metrics and student satisfaction.
Recipients help Wright State keep its commitment to create an environment where every individual has the opportunity to succeed.

Exemplary Leadership: Chasity O’Malley, Ph.D., associate professor of medical education
Exemplary Collaboration: The Department of Public Safety and the Raider Food Pantry
Exemplary Teaching: Josh Ricker, Ph.D., instructor of psychology, Lake Campus
Exemplary Advising: Sarah Cicora, academic advisor, Student Success Services
Ashley McGinley Award for Exemplary Tutoring: Vera Peters, senior, biomedical engineering and forensic studies, supplemental instruction leader and lead tutor
