The National Center for Medical Readiness at Calamityville has hired a new director.
The Fairborn-based emergency response testing center — part of Wright State University and the Wright State Research Institute — has hired Rufus Smith as its permanent director. Smith will take over its medical preparedness and disaster training programs this week.
