If you were at Wright State on the morning of Oct. 5, you may have seen what you thought was a nudist colony taking over campus. But what you really saw were “nearly naked” students running for charity.
The Nearly Naked Mile had over 130 participants—it gave students, staff and faculty the opportunity to don their (partial) birthday suits and run around Wright State for a good cause.
The Student Alumni Association, a Wright State organization that bridges students and alumni, hosted the event. The association collected over four large boxes of clothing from the runners, which will be donated to the Goodwill Easter Seals Miami Valley.
Student reporters Reilly Dixon and Natasha Wahl hit the starting line to join participants in the Nearly Naked Mile.
