FAIRBORN — At 19, Kristjan Greenewald has already completed his bachelor’s degree and is planning to work on his master’s in electrical engineering.

He began at Wright State University last fall and graduated after only three quarters. His was one of the 2,382 degrees conferred at the Nutter Center on Saturday.

“It was very challenging,” Greenewald said. He took 16 credit hours in the fall, eight in between quarters during an inter-session period, 22 in the winter, and 28 in the spring.

“It basically means you have to cut everything out and just focus on school,” he said.
