Amena Shermadou, 20, a sophomore at Wright State University, said she and her family returned about a week ago from their first-ever visit to Libya.
Over the course of two months, she and her siblings met uncles, aunts and cousins for the first time, and together they celebrated the Libyan people’s fight against a ruthless regime in the name of freedom.
