The Wright State Food Pantry offers emergency food services to students who ran out of meal plan money or who do not have enough money to buy food. The food pantry is open to any WSU student who is currently enrolled in classes. Students must have a UID and valid ID to use these services.
The food pantry was started in 2009 because of the high amount of students who didn’t have enough money. Not only do they offer food services, they also offer campus or community programs that can help students with other needs such as counseling.
The food pantry has a lot of canned goods, boxed pasta, milk, bread, toiletries and other things to offer students. The people behind this program are students who love to volunteer.
