Wright State alumnus Nick Verina sang the national anthem at a Major League Baseball game in May. Verina sang at a Washington Nationals game in Washington, D.C.
Verina is currently playing the role of “Young Ben” opposite Bernadette Peters in the Kennedy Center’s production of Follies.
He graduated from Wright State in 2005 with a B.F.A. in acting. Since then he has performed in several productions including the New York production of Forbidden Broadway: SVU and the national tour of Grease.
